How should Robot identify agreement number and item line in SAP

Hi All,

Would like seek suggestion and advise from anyone in this community on how do I let Robot retrieve the Agreement Number (red squared box) and Item Line (yellow squared box).
For example, Robot retrieved Agreement Number - 4600003418, but how should I inform Robot to retrieve the second Agreement Number or line item? There is no any unique name or column to identify.

Indicate both the items and check if there are any similarities betweent hen accordingly we can proceed

Or

I see an export option on top…please check if it exports to excel then from there we can extract the data

Hi,

Thanks for your suggestion.

I managed to find a way to change the result layout to export excel format. This would be easier for Robot to identify and retrieve the item by row.
