How make the user browse and pick excel file and use it in excel application scope

Hello,

I wanted the user to browse and pick the excel file and then use it in Excel application scope activity. Someone please help me on this.

Note : The Excel file will be in a different folder and not in the same folder where the project is created.

No need to browse and pick it.

May I know why you want to browse and pick it ? Do you know where file was saved ?

why am asking for browse in the sense because i download data from my ERP and data wont be there in the files all the time. some times data will be there only in three file and some times 7. So it keeps differing .
