How i can ready Data in row and column format in tatable

Hi Team,

I am facing one issue, i need to ready data in rows and columns combination. Can any one tell me how can i achieve this. my data table will be like this

Now i need to get Beg FTE for Sep 18, Oct 18 and Nov 18 and store the sum in new variable
and same for other rows.
