I can not use the 2018.3 version, the packages are not loaded.
The support service advised me to do request to install the enterprise edition of 2018.2.4.
Where and how I can get enterprise edition of 2018.2.4?

* From the image shared, we can notice you are using 2018.3 version, which is still in community / testing and the official enterprise edition is not released.
* Request you to test the same in enterprise edition of 2018.2.4 which is a officially released enterprise version.
