How I can copy many excel files in a folder to another excel files in another folder

I have gone through reading the excel file and sorting for keywords. And then build new excel file that is sorted(only sort data).
But I can’t figure how to sort if there are many excel files in one folder (unsorted) and build a new folder that contain sorted excel files.
