I think RPA is more like Software and Web Development Companies look for experienced developers. So the best thing to do is create a GitHub account build complex RPA projects record videos of your robot and host the video on YouTube and pin the links on your LinkedIn in Profile. Do more UiPath Training or any other RPA tool for that matter, make sure you understand the RPA Project Cycle, you understand RPA Deployment. Basically waht i mean is have something to show people, when you send out your cv, links to the videos and projects must be on the front page, at least that would help get you an interview.
