How extract validation part from PDF file

In PDF documents we have examples like the below:-
Is the person politically exposed?
Yes No

if “x” is marked in YES place I need to extract that data, if “x” is marked in NO place I need to extract that one. please do the needful.

Could you let us know if the PDF documents are Digital documents ?

Do you want to get where the X mark is applied i,e., the value should be YES or NO ?

Have you tried using the Read PDF Text activity and check what was the extracted data and How does the X mark appear in it ?
