How extract Numbers only in brackets

Hello,

I want to get the Numbers only from brackets. I tried to use patterns in match but not getting desire output. Can anyone please suggest.

My string = 1 Pages (2 Items)
From above string I need only numbers before text Items.

I tried with below pattern.

[Srini84 (Srinivas)]

@nilesh.mahajan

1 Pages (2 Items)

@nilesh.mahajan
