I’m curious to hear some high level discussions about how your respective teams are managing multiple parallel bot implementations (i.e. for different departments, etc.), especially if you’re using Jira to manage the work.
- Do you create 1 master Jira project to hold all bot work, or 1 Jira project per bot?
- Does 1 RPA development team work on stories for multiple bots in any given single sprint, or do you have separate teams & sprints for each bot?
- What process do you use for handling production issues that arise during daily robot use and must be addressed quickly?
