How do you add new XAML files?

I made an extra XAML file easily and without meaning to, and now that I want to add another one, I don’t see the option anywhere. Nor do any of the things I can add have the same icon as the XAML files.

I found this post, but I guess things have changed since then. I can add a new folder, but nowhere I see add folder do I see add xaml.
