How do I perform a series of actions for every pop-up that is opened from a list of items? (Quickbooks)

I’m in the Quickbooks reports. I have a list of ~3200 transactions that I need to go through each one-by-one to:

  1. Open (generates a pop-up)
  2. Select a line description element that contains text and copy it
  3. Select the entire memo section (in the same pop-up) and paste the copied text
  4. Save and close (one button)

I’m sorry if I’m a little new to Uipath and I appreciate any help you guys can give me
