How do i merge two datatables which has 1 instance in 1 table and 3 instances in other data table

I have a data table which has only 1 instance of every observation but another data table which has multiple instances of the same observation in one column but diff values in other columns. I have attached the file for reference.merge 1 with multiple.xlsx (10.1 KB)
