How do I insert a text in a field that cannot be recorded

Hi,

I am recording an application called Microsoft Dynamics AX, to generate a report using “Customer account statement”. Inside there are a few parameters that can’t be recorded as a textbox. I need to put in the last day of the previous month in. Does anyone have any idea how?
