How do I Get Started/Learn working with AI Center to work with resumes

Hello!

I’m currently trying to learn how to leverage AI Center to parse documents with possibly varying formats, particularly resumes and CVs. If I already have a set of resumes that I can use to train, how can I do this with AI Center? Once trained, how would I be able to use the model to identify/parse future documents I would process?

Is there a detailed course on using AI Center for document parsing?
