How do I fill out "Classification Fields" in the data labeling session (Pic below)

I’m trying to create a classifier machine learning model, classifying 3 documents. I’ve easily gotten the extractor models to work, but can’t figure out the classification portion.

Indicate the fields which are unique to the template or file in the classification fields
