How do I attach a file to a Sharepoint List item using the O365 package?

Good evening UiPath Forum,

I have been working alot with the O365 package and working through challenges. One area I have reviewed the docs and other forum posts on is attaching a file to a SharePoint list item. There is no specific activity for it. The “Upload File” activity is specific to OneDrive. I want to select a specific SharePoint list item, update particular fields on it (which I know how to do), and then add an attachment.

How do I do it?
