How do a change the value in excel?

How do I change the first NO to a YES in excel? You can see the attached file where there is a NO on row 5.

Hi,

Check this xaml, I have placed the excel file in my downloads folder.
and replaced the first No value in the K column, Hope it will help.

Is it possible to change so that the value is updated in the dummy excel instead of creating a new excel?
