Tou can create an integration servi e with the maila nd create an event trigger on the mailbox for new emails…please check thsi detailed steps

Working fine after changing to outlook. But it is running continuously with delay of 1min. But how can we trigger when new mail comes instead of running continuously with delay time. Because we are running it from Orchestrator and if we want to run another process, will it work??
Is it possible to run 2 oe more processes in orchestrator at a time?

You can use integration services instead of this…so that the bot would run only when new email comes in
