How can we hide the TO receipts in Send Exchange Mail Message

Hi Team,

How can we hide the TO receipts in Send Exchange Mail Message activity,as user wants to hide the TO receipts.

I have key in all emails in BCC,but TO receipts is mandatory seems.

I hope you the value to be hidden if so
we can get them from a config file file like excel and pass them with a variable to TO property so that no one will be able to see the recipients unless if that’s you
If we want pass multiple recipients then we can concatenate them all together with a semicolon between each Mail address

Or

If it’s like the one recipient in that should not know the other recipients then we need to mention the first recipients alone in TO and others in bcc as TO property is mandatory to be mentioned or we can even mention your mail is in that and all the others in BCC recipients list

Hi @Palaniyappan,

All the emails addresses are in below format,and there are thousands of emails which nearly 5k.
If we key in from text file(Variable as string) ,did the other receipts will see the other TO receipts?

trajeshthodeti.qa@gmail.com;thodetirajesh.qa@gmail.com;KL126@life.com

If you specify mails in TO recipients then everyone will see. Instead of that keep it in BCC then others can’t see it.

Hi @lakshman ,yes you are correct but when i dont key any email id in TO,its getting error.

Just pass empty double quotes and check it once.

Keep the first one recipient alone from that recipients input in TO and the Remaining with BCC
So that no one knows who is been sent along with

or we can even mention your mail is in that and all the others in BCC recipients list
