We connecting our production server using Admin accounts and running our bots through task schedular. Uipath is installed on admin accounts with named user license. Can we deploy our uipath license if we use service account instead of admin account.

How can we deploy bot in service account?

You can try with the unattended licenses and deploy the robot. For that you need to create the machine and Assign the role the user
