We are facing issues while configuring UiPath studio 24.10.8 version on a windows machine, where there are multiple users will work on shifts, we need to install and configure the licence for studio in such a way that multiple users can access the studio.
Need your help in procedure of how the studio and what licence should be used to make multiple users access the studio in windows machine?
Ideally if it is a named user license then only one user can have it
One workaround would be to create a robot/servie account user ans assign the license to service account and all users use the same seevice account to access the machine
Else each users should be assigned with developer role and then idividual need to signin from the assistant
Create a dummy user in UiPath Orchestrator and assign a Automation developer license, assign a development license to the dummy user, and ensure they have the appropriate roles and permissions.
On server level- Each user can log in to the server with their own credentials but use the dummy user credentials to access UiPath Studio, allowing multiple users to share the development license efficiently.
