How can I send an file via outlook when i dont have outlook installed in my system. I want to use browser?

Hello People,

Please attach a file into it if possible.?

I am stuck in my project where I am not able to send some document file (.CSV) to someone using the outlook.

It is giving some exection.

I need to sned mail through the browser because I dont have Outlook office in my system as off now.

Please look into the matter and let me know how it works out.
