How can I get the installer of 2022.10.5 for community studio or upgrade it to latest version

I would like to uninstall the version of 2022.10.5.
But i can not found it in control panel.
Someone say the installer can do the same job , but unfortunately, I can not found it any more.

Could anyone can help th uninstall the 2022.10.5 OR teach me how to update studio to latest version??
