With not enough information available we will not be able to help you with better suggestions.
We would want to know if on a general part, what are your thoughts on the Process implemented and what you think are the disadvantages or drawbacks of the process.
This way we could provide a better response to your specific process query else we would just provide numerous general suggestions which may/may not be beneficial for your case.
Provide detailed information about your requirement what enhancement you have to do so that we can help you with logic that suits the best.
For my current one, how can i make my file which i created and let the user choose where he can put the file in the computer.

For the processes is all interlock together is abit hard to send one by one instead of the whole process
How can I rename these file to to its corresponding values using key, key may not be exact to the file name part but both the key and parts of the file name has similar name which is A1.
