How can I define to a xcell cell one or multiple columns to the left?

I have a cell address that varies every day and I want to write one value one cell to the left two cells and so on. How do I do that?

Use Lookup DataTable activity to find out the cell address based on that value and then use Write Cell activity to write left to that cells.
