How Can I change my email (or account) in the certification Platform?

Today I’ve passed all exam test and finally I have a UiPath certificate.

The problems is that I got it from an account in a domain that will be removed.
How can I change my account and email in my certificate?

My name is spanish so some simbols shows as strange chars, How can I fix my name in the certificate?
