How can I access Queue Items in a different folder/Organization

Hi guys,

I have been able to access Assets from other organization folders as long as they are declared as global. I have done same with Queues but it’s not working out for me.

I would like to be able to add queue and get queue items from a different organization folder.

e.g.

[+] Organization_folder
|–> department_1
|–> department_2

My dispatcher and performer is in department_2 (folder) and Queues are in Organization_folder (folder). Now with Assets it has options for Orchestrator folder path, I would like to accomplish same thing in Queues.

Please help.

I managed to sort it out. Apparent I was look for Orchestrator folder but in Queue activities it’s name folder and not orchestrator folder.
