I remember there was a setting earlier to select the update channel but could not find it now. Can someone please guide how community user can stick to stable update settings?
As far as I know, from now on, UiPath will force you to update to the latest Beta version. You can postpone it but only for one or two days.

Community is intended for beta versions, you get it for free and they in return get to test out some features.
Since you aren’t using it for commerical purposes I cannot see this as being a big issue to be honest, just roll with the changes.

You could try to update your plan from Community to Pro Trial which would give you access to additional features but for a Limited number of days (60). During this trial period, you should be able to modify the Policy settings for your user Id in Tenant → Manage access section.
You can update the Client Binaries as shown in the image above to either None or Specific Version.
