Hover activity failed with orchastrator running

hello,
hover activity cannot find the UI element with the orchastrator running, however the run from the studio is working well!
the studio and the orchastrator version is : 2018.4.5
could someone help ?

Are you utilizing selectors or images to identify your element?

When you say with Orchestrator running are you referring to running the bot in unattended mode?

i’m trying automate the download of transactions the hover activity not working when i run the process from the orchastrator (the robot i choose standard robot with non-production type)
