HI Everyone,
I am trying to convert an email into PDF using
hotkey.
After using Get Email activity, and Looping through the email,
i uses a hotkey
to print email to PDF.
However, the hotkey doesnt seem to work.
I think missed something.
If i do this manually, i usually open the email, and then press
.
How do i open the email?
Or do i need to even open the email before invoking the hotkey?
Tx

Hi @Zulzaili,
If you are using MS Outlook, try below mentioned package.

HI Raj,
thanks. Not sure why but when i drag image into this chat, it gives error message that image cannot be loaded.
But basically the flow is as follows:
- Get Mail Message activity
- For Loop to read the email
- Use hotkey “ctrl-p”
- Nothing happens and process ends …
So not sure why the hotkey doesnt work.
After step 2, i believe i need to open Outlook scope or something? Tx

Hi @Zulzaili
You would have to open up the mail on the screen and then send Ctrl+P to get it printed, else it wouldn’t work.
Thanks
