Hotkey missing in Type Into

The videos online show that there is a + button that I can click to send a hotkey but it’s not showing for me.

In + symbol it didn’t show the hot keys. Side of + there is a drop-down click on that then it will shows the hotkeys. Check the below image for your reference.
