Hostname not displaying connected machines

Our Jobs have suddenly stopped running with the error
Windows Process. This job can only run on a wndows machine and there is none connected to this folder.

If I try and run a process manually, no machines are available in the Hostname field.

Help please

Have managed to resolve this issue - wrong Machine name in Assistant
