Hostname is not appearing while triggering the bot

Hi Team,

I want to run a process in unattended mode.
When I am trying to trigger the processes from Orchestrator, the hostname is not visible in the hostname field and when I ran without providing hostname, the job is shown as pending state.
Only if I logged in manually to the machine and run the process , then only hostname is visible in orchestrator. Is there any pre settings that we need to make in orchestrator for this issue to be fixed?

Kindly help on the same.

Hi,

Try checking the Robot settings, machine name and credentials.
Also try to check the Robot permissions and verify the machine connection once.

Do The Following Checks:

  1. Check the license of the robot is unattended or not
  2. Check the account & folder is assign to correct folder or not
  3. Check the roles of the robot

You have to create a machine and assign it to the folder.

@sivakumar.sreeraman

Are you able to run when you logged in from orchestrator?

Can you please confirm?

If so is the machines signed out or logged out? We need to ideally signout and the machine should not be logged out

And is the robot installed in service mode on the machine?

If you are trying woth community then it does not support service mode and completely turning the user off and run

Cheers

Hostname is not connected

The selected hostname AWPDEV01RSH02 - ABIDSS\RPA-AUTOMATION is not connected. Jobs created by this trigger will remain in pending unless hostname reconnects to Orchestrator.

Do you want to continue?

Now I the hostname is visible , but once after selecting the below popup appears.
How can I solve this issue?
