Hostname has disconnected status

The hostname of a server I have in Orchestrator is showing a status of “Disconnected” in the Unattended Sessions tab. How can I connect that hostname so that is will be in a “Connected” status?

If your unattended bot is on VM check if the Robot service is running.

Hi @Smith_Kwambe

As mentioned by @ashokkarale , please check if the service is running on the VM , this could also happen when the hostname of that VM does not match with what you have configured in orchestrator , just check that too .

You can also check on type of your installation, as there can be Service-Mode and User-Mode installation. Check more info here:
