Ho w to Extract pdf file from Data Base and store in local drive

Hi Guys

I have a pdf file in database. These pdf files are scanned bills.These files are stored as BLOB in DB. I want to read that BLOB and save the file in to my local drive.

Your ideas and advice are very much appreciated.Thanks in advance.
