Help build enterprise automation that makes a real impact! As an Automation Developer, you’ll work on complex automation challenges at organizations where processes are essential to the business. You develop scalable solutions on the UiPath platform and help clients structure their processes more intelligently, efficiently, and future-proof. You’re involved across the full lifecycle: from analysis and solution design to deployment, monitoring, and optimization. You’ll get plenty of room to make technical choices, improve standards, and actively contribute ideas on innovation within automation. At Tacstone, you’ll work on challenging projects for organizations including healthcare institutions, insurers, housing associations, and educational organizations — environments where automation isn’t a “nice to have,” but plays a strategic role within the organization.

As an Automation Developer, alongside development you also take on a substantive leadership role within projects and teams. You guide fellow developers, contribute to architectural thinking, and help improve development standards and CI/CD processes. You’ll also get plenty of freedom to further develop new ideas.

What you’ll be doing
Designing and developing automation solutions within UiPath;
Working on complex process automation in enterprise environments;
Contributing to solution design, architecture, and scalability;
Improving development standards, CI/CD, and quality assurance;
Coaching fellow developers and sharing technical knowledge;
Experimenting with new technologies and AI applications within automation;
Being a sparring partner for clients at both a technical and functional level
