Highlighting web area

Hello

I am new to Uipath, but here goes.

I am trying to highlight an area on a webpage using UIpath. The action is simple: press and hold mouse cursor, move the cursor to other area and release the mouse button.

I cannot post the real webpage, however, it is similar to drawing a square in paint or sumopaint (Paint)

It is not possible to get the website elements so it should be based on movement of the mouse relative to a known feature.

Is this possible?
