High Density Attended Robots for multiple users on a single windows server

I know related questions were asked but I am still confused.

Let me know if I understand wrong.

With High density option and one attended bot license:

Multiple users with own credentials who can log into the same windows server sessions and if we add n number of robots of standard type in orchestrator with each user name, then every one of them can log into their instance and run the bots but not at a single time.
If everyone of them logs in and runs a process the available attended license will be queued with first come first serve.

Or Is the case that even with High density option we have to have n number of licenses for n number of users using a single windows server instance?

Which of the above two is correct? Can some one please explain it to me.
