I guess it’s because UiPath has feature of Coded Test Case which we can write test case using C#. The following document may also help you.
With RPA UiPath, you need to know VB.NET or C#,

Hi Yoichi thank you for the answer,
wow seems like i have asked lot of quesiton to you since 3 years ago when i started learning RPA but now i see you are a community moderator !!, so happy for you
Hi , yes i know we use VB.NET and C# but most of the it integrate easly on the acticity UiPath provide, willl it be the same for TAE ? or will it be more of a conventional coding situation?
thank you
For beginners, you can focus on how to handle , loop, object, string, num, dict, linq …
If you write traditional code, you can create drag and drop activities like you are using
Strong programming skills are essential for this role, as it often involves writing scripts. Understanding Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts is critical for designing robust and maintainable test frameworks.
With the UiPath Test Suite, knowledge of C# and VB.NET should be sufficient since UiPath handles much of the heavy lifting for you. However, I recommend mastering at least one framework, such as Java or Python, to enhance your skill set. Additionally, you can run Python scripts directly within UiPath, offering more flexibility in automation tasks.
Don’t take the TAE, take directly Developer route. Test Suit in general has a lot of road blocker and if you are from non programming language/non-coding background go into Dev first and then be a TAE- for UiPath it’s actually opposite what I am realizing too.
Process automation developer - you will find a lot of resources but not in TAE. All the best!
