Help with Split

Heeeelp!
I need to select the value of the variable “reason” from this message box (with using Split). But my message is shared only by signs (for example: :, #, !). But I need the separator to be the string “обращение:”. How to fix it?

Does it have to be split?
There is an example how to extract text between labels (text).
You can find it under Snippets > Samples > Text (but I don’t know, if the menu entries are translated in your Studio)
It uses regular expressions…
