Help with Smartsheet Value- Formatting returned value

Hello,

I have a smartsheet activity that is pulling a columns value from smartsheet (succesfully), however, the value is being returned to studio with a trailing “.0” so the expected value is 1052 but when the api call pulls from smartsheet studio is presenting it as “1052.0”. I either need to figure out what is wrong with my code or format the right trim function (which I have not been able to figure out).
In order of operation:

  1. Smartsheet activity Scope established

  2. “Get Sheet” is used and output for sheets variable is established

  3. For Each loop (every row in smartsheet should run through this process)

  4. We get each row in the items being worked

  5. We assign the column of the indexed smartsheet row
–>> Smartsheet only does Text/Number there is no separate function for Int vs. String, everything is moved to Studio as a String so this is strange to me
