Help with "Send Message" Activity in WhatsApp Business Connector


Hi,
I installed the connector between UiPath and WhatsApp Business from the Marketplace. I’m trying to use the “Send Message” activity, and it asks me to create a new connection by providing the Client ID, Client Secret, and Account ID.

I have the Client ID and Client Secret, but I’m not sure what the Account ID refers to. Should I provide the Account ID for UiPath or WhatsApp?
If it’s for UiPath, how can I find out what my Account ID is?

Hello,

That would be the WhatsApp Business Account ID, you can find it the Whatsapp Business Manager account.

How to Find the WhatsApp Business Account ID:

  1. Go to Meta Business Manager.
  2. Select the business that’s linked with your WhatsApp Business account.
  3. In the left panel, go to:
    Business Settings → Accounts → WhatsApp Accounts
  4. You’ll see your WhatsApp Business Account listed.
  5. Copy the Account ID (usually a 15- to 16-digit number).
    Try above steps hope it works!
