Help with seemingly basic table

I have this table:

Oddly enough I think I am overthinking this. This is a running table so I need to write calculated figures for the four columns based upon the month in the first column. I tried indexing but it I keep getting an error the C0 does not exist. Ideas?

Solved - this ended up being an issue with the structure of my for each loops - solved myself.
