D option is correct, because the library have multiple components to use in the multiple processes by Installing it a package which is pushed in the Orchestrator.

I would also go with D,

A library being saved as a zip, its saved as nupkg files.

Can you explain why you think 3rd could also be an option?

It can be used as a dependency no doubt in that, however where does it say its saved as a Zip?

Thats why 3rd option is out of consideration.
