Help with an error

Hello all,
is the first time i’ve seen this error and i can find any solution:

First log: Click Item Error HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component.

Second error log: Invoke InitiAllApplications workflow: Requested property was not in the CacheRequest

Can anyone help me?

can you provide more info to the scenario: is it related to Excel, Web element…?

it is related to a citrix app, before this i think there was a connection interruption/citrix interruption, can be the cause?

this could point to this direction. the element that should be clicked is not longer responding for any reasons.
