i have started my journey with Automation Developer Professional Training (v2023.10) there three courses automation explorer,Automation assciate training and Professional Training.is this good

Yes, that is a good start.
Personally I would focus on the explorer and associate to begin with.
There are plenty of stuff to learn from that, and after building a few smaller projects you could go on with the professional training.
