Help needs:progress runing at PC locked states issue

hello,
Regarding progress running at PC locked.
I was created progress of excel data to SAP , I can use the orchestartor to run it at screen logon states(win10), the Robot is unattened. But my progress can not run at lockoff states.( I used activities of log message to test ,It worked at lockoff states). Who knows how to fix this problem???
