Help: Launch Date Field from Automation Hub in Insights Data Model

Hi everyone,

I’m currently trying to build a reporting/dashboard in UiPath Insights and would like to use the Launch Date field from Automation Hub.

The field is a standard field in Automation Hub → Cost Benefit Analysis → Actual & New Estimate and is also visible in the column information within Automation Hub. However, I cannot find this field anywhere in the UiPath insights when creating reports.

We need a reliable date to represent when an automation actually went live. Due to historical migrations and data quality limitations:

Idea Creation Date is not a good fit, since automations were implemented over the years later.
Phase Begin Date log is also not reliable for all automations due to migration.
Launch Date would provide the most realistic representation of when a bot became productive.

Without this field, reporting in Insights does not accurately reflect the real operational situation for a number of automations.

Questions, does someone knows:

  1. Is the Launch Date field transferred/synchronized from Automation Hub to Insights?
  2. If yes, under which field name can it be found in the Insights data model?
  3. If not, is there a recommended workaround or alternative field?
  4. Has anyone successfully used the Launch Date information for Insights reporting?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

We can combine that with actual process data and get the first run time as well right..would nt that be the same date
