I have a workshop env. for user conference event. Now, the event was ended.
Now, the license status of this env. is “free plan”.
Help to convert this env. (Support ID: 4071-9218-9775-1521) from “free plan” to “community plan” ?
Follow this guide:
you cannot seitch from free to community
you need to either use a separate ID to create community license again or delete the organization from admin panel and recreate in community again
