Help Explain Modern Folders and Subfolders

Hello, I am prepping to upgrade my team’s instance of Orchestrator and we will need to convert to Modern Folders. I have a few questions about them that I just can’t find answers for in docs, academy, or on YouTube:

  1. Can bots be assigned to multiple modern folders? Ideally we want all of our folders to be able to access all of our bots, and to just choose the next available bot for the job - is this possible? Will this cause clashes or other issues?

  2. If we have assets that need to be used in different folders we need to create and maintain them in EACH folder - is that correct?

  3. Do subfolders automatically have access to everything in their parent folder or does the parent folder automatically have access to everything in their the subfolders?

  4. We want to create a folder that allows certain end-users to sign in, update an asset and initiate an unattended job from Orchestrator on demand, without giving them access to any other jobs or assets - it sounds like Modern folders would nicely allow that access provided we defined the role properly - is that correct or would there be some issue?

  5. UiPath is recommending that we use the “Orchestrator Manager” from the Marketplace to migrate everything from Classic to Modern folders. Has anyone else used this and how did you like it?

Thanks to any who respond.
